Ensures all active home care clients receive service as authorized. Maintains appropriate level of administrative staff at all times. Identifies areas of staff development and support needed for service-delivery. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of service while promoting the highest of level of customer service to all clients and contract providers. Participates collaboratively with contract partners to maximize agency growth. Maintains the agency in a state of “readiness” for contract and regulatory surveys. Collaborate with the Director of Patient Services and as member of the Performance Improvement committee to maintain performance improvement by monitoring standards, collecting data through systematic audits and reporting findings/process interventions. Maximizes worker utilization while minimizing worker overtime. Uses data to analyze trends - recommend and implement appropriate solutions. Performs any other related duties.
